TERROIR
The microclimate at Kugelspiel characterizes the wines Rieslaner and Silvaner with a cool freshness, pleasant herbal spiciness and an animating drinking flow. The site owes its name to a medieval ball game track at this location.
 
SENSORIC 
Interplay of local and exotic scents. Dried apricot, white currant as well as lychee and papaya. On the palate, sweetness and acidity are finely balanced. The subtle herbal spice reveals origin and terroir. 

VINIFICATION
Highly ripe grapes. Fermented in steel tanks at ideal temperature. Long full yeast aging. 

ORIGIN 
Franconia, monopollage Casteller Kugelspiel. Cool and protected by the forest.
