SENSORIC
A potpourri of diverse aromas unfolds in the glass. From sweet hints like nashi pear to savory components of pickled walnuts and black tea. A tremendous framework of phenolics, tannins and saltiness make for an incisive feel on the palate. The tannins make the wine long-lasting and grippy. 

VINIFICATION 
Fully ripe grapes from old vines cultivated in mixed set. Fermented on the skins and aged in granite barrels. ORIGIN Franconia, Gemischter Satz.

Our GRANIT is a white wine that demands a lot from its sparring partner when accompanying food. It requires a dish with light roasted aromas paired with full-bodied, hearty components. Flavors may range from floral to earthy. Fillet of wild catfish smoked over black tea, orange horseradish sauce, roasted fennel and couscous with beet and mint.
