FRÆNZI rosarot is a variation of the Domina and Kerner grape varieties and, like Rotling, gets its color from pressing red and white grapes together. FRÆNZI rosarot gets its sparkling freshness like an Italian frizzante by impregnating it with carbon dioxide, giving it a luscious aroma of strawberries, raspberries and cherries. On the palate, the Secco is refreshing, sparkling and has a fine, tart fruit flavor.
