We are delighted that our 2018 CASTELLER SCHLOSSBERG SILVANER | VDP. GROSSES GEWÄCHS was awarded 95 points by the world-renowned wine critic James Suckling.

This makes the wine one of the absolute best in its category. We deliberately leave our VDP. GROSSES GEWÄCHS from the best plots on the Schlossberg to mature for five years in the castle cellar. We rely on the genius of the gypsum keuper soils, which give our Silvaner wines enormous longevity.
