Since January 2023, we have been devoting ourselves to a real affair of the heart: our RESTAURANT WEINSTALL. After more than 60 years of leasing the Weinstall, we now run it ourselves. Together with a highly committed team, we want to inspire you and bring the diversity of our region to your plate and glass. Game from the Casteller hunt and ingredients from small local producers form the centrepiece of our seasonal and regional cuisine.
